About

Create opportunity, build responsibly, and leave people and places better than you found them.

I'm the founder of LeaseBuySell.in, a growing real estate platform with a network of 200,000+ property owners across India. In Gurgaon I completed 300+ lease and sale transactions in three years, working with investors, HNIs, businesses, property owners and leading developers, and I advise buyers and sellers on pricing, negotiation and opportunities.

I also founded Nature's Hive, which promotes sustainable living, natural products and responsible consumption. Today I'm expanding into Thailand with TropicalRootsRealty.com in Koh Phangan while growing the Indian business.

Outside business, I spend my time in nature, exploring remote destinations, at live music, and flying drones.

The Leopard Trail, Aravallis

Near Gurgaon, I helped create The Leopard Trail by restoring an old haveli into a sustainable café and destination, and over four to five years developed a 200+ tree food forest to support the café and my family.

When I found the location, the village had little economic opportunity and some villagers depended on illegal stone mining, with repeated arrests leaving families in distress. The project created an alternative economy through tourism. Local people began opening businesses, and I worked with the Panchayat and Sarpanch to organise garbage disposal.

As the destination grew, mining stopped in the area and the forest was increasingly left undisturbed, helping protect the Aravalli ecosystem.

Beatles Ashram, Rishikesh

Bringing the Beatles Ashram back to life after 40 years.

The Chaurasi Kutia ashram in Rishikesh — known worldwide as the Beatles Ashram — is where the Beatles stayed with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1968 and wrote much of the White Album. When the Maharishi's organisation was not awarded a continuation of the lease, the 22 acres of forest inside the Rajaji reserve stood silent and overgrown for four decades.

I was the first person to be granted a lease over that land again, and the first to host a cultural festival inside it. We reopened and re-initiated the temples, invited Mooji to hold satsang, and gave the crumbling meditation huts and halls back to artists as their canvas.

The Rishikesh Art & Film Festival ran for eleven days across six venues, with more than 50 artists and 30 volunteers. Filmmakers, photographers and musicians came together around one theme — the Sacred Life of India.

It was conceptualised and funded through sponsors, government grants and my own personal funds, and kept entirely free for local people and travellers alike. It was my service to India. After forty years, the place came alive again.
